Hey everyone!
We’ve just dropped a massive, game-changing update to the Sculptok 3D Previewer. Our main goal with this release was to drastically reduce the need for secondary processing. We want you to spend less time jumping between software like ZBrush or Blender and more time actually creating within our ecosystem.
Here is a breakdown of the new features you can start using right now:
Expanded Material Library
We have significantly increased the variety of preset colors and materials available. This gives you more control over the final look of your render right out of the gate.
True Double-Sided Sculpting
You can now import an additional grayscale map to generate a bas-relief on the back of your model. This is perfect for creating authentic double-sided coins and medals without having to manually model the reverse side.
Freeform Multi-Model Composition
We are introducing the ability to combine multiple models freely. You can create a massive base plate and import several different grayscale images. The generated reliefs can then be arranged and composed together freely. Crucially, each imported bas-relief remains fully editable even after placement.
Frame Presets
We have added a selection of ready-to-use frame templates. You can now easily add professional borders and rims to your designs instantly.
️ Surface Text Generation
You can now generate text directly onto the surface of your bas-relief. This allows for precise integration of lettering and inscriptions without needing external assets.
